Catering Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to catering enquiries and bookings with Indigo Espresso Cafe. By submitting a catering enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

A catering enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written acceptance from us and any agreed payment or deposit has been arranged.

All quotes remain subject to availability. We will confirm availability and pricing in writing as part of your quote.

The final menu, quantities, guest numbers, collection or delivery arrangements and timing must be agreed in writing before your booking is confirmed.

Customers must disclose any allergies and dietary requirements accurately and as early as possible. This allows us to assess whether we can safely accommodate your needs.

Menu substitutions may be required due to ingredient availability. We will notify you of any necessary changes as early as possible.

Cancellation, amendment, deposit and refund conditions will be stated in your written quote or booking confirmation. These conditions are specific to each booking.

Additional costs may apply only where clearly agreed in writing as part of your quote or booking confirmation.

School, corporate and private-function organisers are responsible for providing accurate event details and nominating an authorised contact person who can make decisions on behalf of the organisation.

Indigo Espresso Cafe may decline a catering request where the requirements cannot be safely or reasonably met.

These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
